Again and again I'm failing at coming back to my blog :(
But finally i'm here, writing a blogpost :3
I was cooking some nice waffles and I guess you want to know recipe?
There you go:
Melted warm butter - 125 gr
Icing sugar - 100 gr.
Eggs - 3
Flour - 250 gr
Milk - 250 ml
Water - 100 ml
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together all dry ingredients (Flour, sugar and baking powder)
Separate the eggs, adding the yolks to the dry ingredient mixture, and placing the whites in a small mixing bowl.
Beat whites until moderately stiff; set aside.
Add milk and melted butter to dry ingredient mixture and blend.
Fold stiff egg whites into mixture.
Ladle mixture into hot waffle iron and bake for about 2 min.Separate the eggs, adding the yolks to the dry ingredient mixture, and placing the whites in a small mixing bowl.
Beat whites until moderately stiff; set aside.
Add milk and melted butter to dry ingredient mixture and blend.
Fold stiff egg whites into mixture.
And you're done!
On the top I added blueberries&raspberries, some Nutella and Icing sugar :)
